Online ordering

You order directly over our homepage in the Shop.
You have the possibility to pay via bank-transfer (IBAN) or direct with your credit card.
Directly after your order, you will receive a confirmation via E-mail of your order.
There you will find your order number and our Bank data for. You have to transfer the money to our account. ( Please do not forget to write your order number in the bank transfer subject.)
After we received the money in our account, we will send you a confirmation email that we received the money and directly start with the production of your order. With e-mail we also send you the invoice of the commodities that you paid for (as PDF)
After 2 to 3 weeks you will receive the commodities.
