Please note:
Wood is a natural product, so each wooden pendant and each wooden label is unique. Slight differences between the tags give the product an individual character. The wooden pendants are engraved and cut with a laser, giving the cut edges a dark brown to black color.
Which wood is suitable for your wooden pendant?
The characteristics of the wood are influenced by the color and the grain. In this respect, laser engraving places special demands on the wood used. In laser engraving, the motif is burned into the wood by the laser. This means that light-colored woods with as little grain as possible are particularly suitable. With these woods, the large color difference between the wood and the burned-in motif ensures that the motif is clearly visible on the wood. The lower the contrast between the wood and the branded motif, the more difficult it is to read.

The delivery time for individually designed wooden pendants varies depending on the location and production costs. However, the delivery time is usually between 5 and 10 working days after confirmation of the design. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Yes, we accept returns of Fix&Finished wooden tags within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns of individually designed wooden tags. Please contact our customer service, to initiate a return request.
